		<description>&lt;p&gt;....It&#039;s going from bad to worse....  Now, for the sake of form over substance, the Dems foresook the filibuster route, and Bush will get all his judges plus Bolton.  Wonderful.  Check out WP article today (5/26) about fundamental political balances all sliding to the right. My sense is that Dem leadership has just about given up, and is waiting for &#039;08 and Hilary to save them - or more properly, bring them back from the political dead...&lt;/p&gt;
