		<description>&lt;p&gt;Nice post.  It is disheartening to see that a man with the potential to change so much about the current political ecosystem in the US can&#039;t seem to escape perpetuating one of its darkest trends of late; shamelessly selling anything under the guise of some noble ideal.  Not that Obama is remotely among the worst of the practitioners of this tactic (although if he was we&#039;d be in serious trouble, because he is the most artful of them), but the fact that a man with Obama&#039;s rhetorical talent chooses to go that route is nonetheless disappointing.&lt;/p&gt;
